We don’t just drop off a rental; we curate a full-service experience. El Toro is a fully insured, trained, and certified Western company dedicated to providing high-end service for Montana’s most memorable events.
El Toro proudly services the entire Flathead Valley and is available for travel to other NW MT locations, Missoula, Bozeman, Big Sky, and Helena.

Service & Event Support
- Professional 2-Person Crew: Every event is managed by a professional operator and a dedicated event attendant to ensure guest safety and smooth transitions.
- Full-Service Coordination: We don’t just "drop and go." We provide pre-event consultations and coordinate directly with your wedding planners and venue for seamless setup. From safety management to logistical timing, we handle the stress so you can focus on the celebration!
- Setup & Teardown: Our team handles the heavy lifting, site prep, and equipment removal, leaving your venue exactly as we found it. We arrive 45 minutes early to set up and break down after your ride window ends. Early setup outside our standard window can easily be arrange by request (fees apply).
- Customized Ride Experience: Our operators manually adjust the speed and intensity for every single rider. Whether you want an intense, full-bucking challenge or a smooth, gentle ride that lasts past eight seconds, we tailor the experience on the fly. From kids to the grandfather of the bride, we make sure guests of all ages and comfort levels get a memorable ride on El Toro.
Technical Requirements
Venue & Space Requirements
- Setup Clearance: Minimum 25 ft x 25 ft footprint with a 12 ft vertical clearance (Indoors or Outdoors).
- Access & Pathway: Requires a smooth pathway at least 4 ft wide with no stairs, tight turns, or steep inclines. Vehicle access needed within 100 yards of the setup location.
- Surface Condition: The area must be level and free of rocks, debris, or sharp objects.
Power & Weather Limits
- Power Source: Operated exclusively using our dedicated generator. Indoor setups require access to run an extension cord to an outdoor area.
- Weather Conditions: For safety, outdoor operations require temperatures above 50°F and clear weather (no rain, snow, or high winds). Indoor or covered contingency options may be available upon request.
Logistics & Guest Safety
- Waivers: All riders must sign a waiver prior to participation (minors require a parent or legal guardian signature).
- On-Site Liaison: A designated site contact must be present during setup for positioning and logistical approval.
